 Taking new business ventures from concept through to launch
The Rapier programme enables companies to commercialise their new business ventures and bring them to launch rapidly and effectively.

Format
- We work with a multi-disciplined team of your people, leading them through six day-long workshops over six months.
- Teams are usually between nine and fifteen people.
- We assemble a list of ventures either from in-house resources or from an earlier Scimitar programme.
- We take the ventures through six “stage-gate” assessment and development processes.
- We separate ventures into “front-runners” and “backburners”.
- We continually apply creativity techniques to front-running ventures to ensure they reach their full potential.
- We use a mix of styles with people working individually, in single discipline teams or multi-discipline teams, according to the task.
Guarantee
- We invoice you monthly, but only if you are happy with progress.
