  • We work with you through 12-16 workshops over a six-month period.
  • Workshops are usually 2 or 3 hours and usually in the evening.
  • We build a model of your strengths to make sure your ideas are easier to progress.
  • We search the model for new business ideas using a series of creative thinking techniques.
  • We develop and assess your ideas through a series of processes to find the winners.
  • We continually apply creativity techniques to front-running ventures to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • The programme is challenging and fun, with a lot of personal development built in.
